Yes. The Standard Plan includes Smart Research and is free and unlimited — during and after beta. No credit card required. No commitment.
Smart Research uses PropMix’s 400+ MLS database network. For full MLS-level comp data, local MLS membership is required for verification. Public record comp research is also available through Compcheck.ai if you don’t have local MLS access.
RPR and MLS CMAs use AVM logic and broad statistical models. Smart Research uses appraisal-grade comp filtering — the same parameters appraisers actually use to value the property. The difference shows up at the appraisal.
Yes. Smart Research is built for mobile and desktop. Voice activation works hands-free in the car or between appointments.
Smart Research uses MLS data through PropMix. In non-disclosure states, MLS data is generally the strongest available comp source — often more complete than public record data, which is limited in those markets.
PropMix’s network covers 400+ MLS databases nationwide. Local MLS membership is verified during signup for full functionality. If your MLS isn’t in the network, contact us — coverage is expanding regularly.
